The CNR200 and CNR201 are high linearity opto-isoliators consisting of high perfomance AlGaAS LED which illuminates two closely matched photodiodes. The secondary photodetector diode can be used to monitor, and therefore stabilize, the light output of the emitter LED virtually eliminating the non-linearity and drift characteristics of the LED. This technique compensates for the LED's non-linear time and temperature characteristics.
Feature include: -Low non-linearity 0.01% -Couples both a.c. ans d.c signals -Transfer gain tolerance CNR200+-15%; CNR201+-5%
Typical applications include: SMPS feedback loops, monitoring motor voltage, thermocouple isolator, transducer isolator and 4mA to 20mA loop isolator.
