The new user was trying to print on his new printer. He hadn't set it up properly, and was trying to print in the background, so everytime he'd try to print, he'd get an error message asking him to bring the printer program to the front. He called us because moving his printer in front of his computer didn't work. He tried placing it in different directions in relation to the computer, and wanted to know how the hell the computer knew where his printer was. .
